We develop community-rooted, nature-based solutions across coastal ecosystems and farmland. Our work ranges from proposed mangrove restoration in the Sundarbans to our own regenerative farm-to-fork operation in Tamil Nadu under the Herbs & Roots brand.
Community-rooted coastal restoration in the world's largest mangrove delta.
A proposed programme to restore mangrove cover in the Sundarbans, integrating coastal protection, biodiversity recovery, and livelihoods for local communities. The programme is designed around science-led site selection, community stewardship, and long-term MRV so that carbon, biodiversity, and resilience outcomes can be tracked and financed.

Herbs & Roots is our owned and operated farm-to-fork model: ~100–120 acres of integrated natural farming producing fruits, vegetables, grains, and herbs, with soil health, water efficiency, and biodiversity as core farm KPIs. It serves as the proof point for regenerative agriculture at commercial scale.
